Humphrey

My card today is done using an 8x8 card, my first layer is trimmed slightly to leave a border on my base card. I put my first layer through my calibur using a buttons embossing folder, I then inked the edges. I then stamped my humphrey image and coloured with spectrum noir pens. I used a die to cut out my image and inked the edges, I also created a faux shape with the same die for an extra layer. I put twine over the bottom of the first layer before placing it onto the card. I then put on my image, buttons with twine through and a sentiment to finish off.

    Love that background embossing!

    Beautiful card, I love working with 8 x 8. Some people are a bit daunted by it arn't they? But there is so much lovely space to work on :)
