Making sympathy is very hard for me as I don't like to make them. This one I made as a request from my mum so couldn't refuse. This is the theme for
MTTC challenge this week so here goes. It is a very simple card, starting with an A6 card I used silver mirror card as my first layer leaving a small border. I then used a piece of white card slightly smaller than the mirror card and used a border embossing forlder at the top and bottom. I used a spellbinders die to cut the cross and drew around it to creat a faux layer, after layering them together they were placed onto my card. A peeloff sentiment was added to finish off.
Thank you for taking the time to view my blog, all commments are appreciated. x

ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful Sheila - a real traditional sympathy card - I know exactly how you feel about them - I don't like making them either hugs Judith x
ReplyDeleteThese cards really are the hardest to make, but you have done a fantastic job making this CAS traditional sympathy card. The embossing is just enough to make it look very special.
