Animals in the snow

This card is my take on animals in the snow, I thought I would use some of my Kanban stamps that I ahd not sued very much. To start this card I used a 6x6 card for the base, I then used a backing paper and layered it on the base leaving a small border. I placed fine line peeloffs around the edge of this layer of paper. I then made a smaller matt with the same backing paper and layered it onto some holographic card. My next layer is again holographic card and using an embossing folder with some blue pearl card embossed the design for the top part of the next layer. I then tore white card to make the hill shapes and placed these and the blue embossed design onto the smaller matt. I then stamped my images and coloured them before adding to my card, to finish I used glitter on the hills.

Santa

This is my latest DT card for MTTC "Santa" challenge. This card is 6x6 and firstly layered with gold foil card, I then layered a backing paper onto this leaving a small border. I stamped and coloured santa onto a die cut shape before layering onto a larger gold foil die cut shape. This was placed onto the base card using foam pads. To finish I used a small holy stamp for the corner and added a sentiment.

Let it snow

My Dt card for the new challenge over on MTTC  the theme this week is "Christmas but not traditional colours" For my card I used a c6 card and layered black card as my first laryer leaving a small border. I then used one of my embossing folders to create the next layer. Using the same embossing folder I embossed teh complete design again and then trimmed it and cut out the centre of the banner in the middle. The sentiment was placed on my card before putting on the banner. To finish I used some glitter and a couple of snowflakes cut from a die.

Thank you for taking the time to view my blog, any comments are appreciated. x

Snowmen

This card is my DT sample for MTTC new challenge "Snowmen"  I started with an A5 white card and covered it with blue card leaving a small border. I then chose a backing paper and after trimming it to size, I cut both the top corners and used a snowflake punch along the bottom. I stamped my snowman image and coloured using spectrum noir pens. I then layered the images onto the same blue card used on base layer and attached to the card with foam pads. To finish I attached the snowflake border which I cut using a punch.
